Kevin, It's common belief that a Thunderbird sport wheel will work on a speedmaster.

This is true, but the TBS wheel has dual discs and only a 17" rim, whereas the Tbird wheel (which I have) has only one disc but the same 18" dia as ours.

The wheels from an America will fit right on a Speedmaster. BUT there is no provision for the second brake disk on the front.

I'm curious too. I bet it is actually really comfy, mainly because of its large area! I love my Corbin, but I would last even longer if they didn't cut it out so much for people to reach the ground...

The seat is fairly comfortable. It's not a long distance bike anymore. For the one and two hour rides I use it for it's tolerable. - Tommy
