my co-worker and i have been working on this thing for a few weeks now. we keep adding things as we think of them. fork gaiters and chrome cam cover are next on the list. sorry for the crappy camera phone pics, my digicam drowned on a ride a few weeks back.

tires are Maxxis Classic M6011's. 170/80-15 in rear, and 120/90-18 in front. front fender needs to be modified to prevent rubbing. i cut out the center of the mounting bracket. if it was my personal bike i would've just taken the fender off...

tires retail for $86.79 Fr and $134.78 Rr...

What part of the frame did you cut? Or are the quotes around chopper meant to be ironic?

Forgot to add: Don't get me wrong, I like it a lot.

It's good to see folks who are happy with some clean, simple custom jobs (call them what you will) that really show off the lines of the bike. Good job!!

I agree, I don't see chopper here at all. Very, Very, VERY nice putt! Good job and I really dig the cadillac tires.

The pictures are missing that bonnevillamerica.com stamp that is usually on them. Maybe these are some "funny" images? I'm sure a moderator will chime in.

The pics are not coming from the BA.com gallery. They are coming from PhotoBucket.com (you can add pics from just about any source). I really have no idea why they are not showing up for you, but here are some links to his pictures...

Since yoru fishtails are 31", did you get some extensions for your pipes? If so, where did you get them? I have 36" on mine and they come right to the axle.

yeah, there is an extension with a heat shield over it stuck in the middle. it was designed to be fully adjustable... you can slide them back past the tire or push them in nice and short... whatever you like.

TD... WOW what a great looking bike. Those Rocket III bars really did the trick. I've been wanting to swap bars on my Black TBA... could you post another pick showing the difference between the stock TBA handle bar and the Rocket III bar? Were you still able to use the stock cables with the Rocket III bars?

'06 TBA - Black, AI and Snorkel removed, K&N Drop In, Gutted Stock Pipes, 145/42, 2 turns out.

I'll snap a pic of some stock bars compared to the rocket bars on monday. And yes, I was able to use the stock cables, but it was tight.

I'm sure a little re-routing of the throttle cables (to the right of the frame) would buy you enough slack, and removing the wire loom under the top tree also frees up some slack from the clutch cable.

I got a chance to look at this bike about two weeks ago when I was over at the dealership picking up a new accessory and I can say it looks even better than the pics. This bike is beautiful, I just wish I had had time to look over it some more.

What's going on with jet sizes for those wide open pipes? Is it still stock airbox?
The Rocket III bars look great! Thats what it needed. Makes the rake look better too.
