I got my Sceptres today, put em on, fired up the bike, and WOW!! What a sound!! It was amazing. My bike growls like a beast now. My question is, I seem to have a little hesitation on take off and it feels a like weak until midrange. I know this is pilot jet/air screw territory. My question is this: Should I up the pilots to 45s? I have 42s now, 130 mains, TBS needles (no shims), no snorkels, 3.5 turns out on the air screws. Can I up the pilots and still keep the 130 mains? Thanks.

Stock filter and airbox, right?

I would try the 45s just to see what's up. If she's running strong after low mid-range, your mains are probably very close.
