I am looking at buying a velorex sidecar, hoping for a good way to haul my guitar, small amp and some clothes; also, hoping to throw the golf clubs in once in a while. Any concerns, experiences, or thot's on this. I have a 2004 Speedmaster. many thanks, zeke

Zeke - may I suggest you first talk with someone that has ridden long time w/sidehack?

Perhaps I am mistaken but if I misremember right, any extensive time with a sidehack attached can, and will, place stress on the Triumph's frame thus permanently changing the alignment somewhat.

You may wish to consider a small trailer.

Just something to consider before writing out a check.

While this may not matter, putting on a sidecar voids your warranty instantly. I believe it even states that in the back of the owner's manual.
A friend of mine has ridden with sidecars for years and he swears by them. But he only puts in on when he's going on a long haul and carrying 3 people. He also changes the tires out to ones that are more flat and like car tires since there is no more leaning of the bike.

A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice. Pat
