Welcome to the mad house Bryan!!!!!
Nice to know Grzegorz has somewhere else to go for tea!!!
Just don't let him near the beer!

Adey, or any one else out there who likes obscure facts, just what is the rarest colour????
Personally I thought it was Blue, but of the UK members it appears to be one of the more common colours!!! along with Black!!!!

Blue I think is the rarest colour - despite 3 of our number having it!!
It's obviously reserved for the decerning rider who appreciates a bit of class!!
(For what it's worth .. yeah, nuthin' .. I think the chrome on blueys looks a bit better than the other colours - IMO).

Blue will only get rarer too because they don't make 'em like they used to ... I mean anymore.

It's possible they might introduce it or a variation .. like the blue for the limited edition Rocket (I think it's a bit ).
The dealer tried to get me to have that colour when I nearly bought one.

Nearly had the blue ST!

Just my uninformed opinion, but I would say that the 675 has to be the best selling Triumph over here at the moment - at one time recently, my local dealer had 8 awaiting pre delivery inspection!

I think it varies from region to region.

The dealer I spoke to sells just a couple of America / Speedmasters per year.

Sells mainly Bonnevilles in various forms (basic / T100 / Thruxton).
Tiger is another good seller for him too.
As is the Speed Triple.

I'd say the Bonny and Speed Triple are the biggest sellers - the 675 is SERIOUSLY gorgeous bike but I think it is too restricted in it's market.

Nah you haven't.....it's a debate that rumbles on and on and on.....

and just when it settles and you think it's forgotten someone starts it up again!!!

Oh, are we talking about color again.

It does seem, in my opinion and with scientific evidence to back my opinion and after seeking council with other red owners, it does seem that the true fact seems to lean towards the fact that, Red ones goes faster, the Red ones look better and Red ones are ridden by the coolest people. Riders of all other colors are highly jealous of the red ones, mostly because it is universally known that the red ones go faster, look better and are riden by the coolest people. It does seem that every now and again the debate does come up, usually brought up by those who do not ride red ones. This is because they do take issue with the fact that the red ones are faster, look better and are riden by the coolest people. I myself dont fully subscribe to this, but i am in the middle of an exstensive study to see if there is in fact any truth in the fact that the Red ones do go faster, look better and are riden by the coolest people. So far the study is proving to be very interesting as it does seem that the Blue ones, Green ones, Black ones, Silver ones, Grey ones, and colors that do not have any resemblence to Red, do indeed, it seems, go slightly slower than the red ones, dont look quite as good as good as the red ones, and although riden by some pretty cool people, are not riden by the coolest people, who it seems do tend to be seen more often on red ones. Now i am still in the early days of my study so things are subject to change. However, the early sugestions certainly do seem to lean towards and generally agree with early studies that do in fact prove, without a shadow of a doubt, but of course is open to debate, that in actual fact the Red ones do go faster, look better and are riden by the coolest people. So to summerize, and in summary as is to say in a nutshell, the Red ones do in fact go faster, the Red ones do in fact look better and the Red ones are riden by the coolest people. However, it must be said that this is the opinion of the author and so others may aggree or disaggree, but it must also be said that it is generally known that the author is correct in all things he says, writes or implies. So it is in knowing that the author is always right in his writings, sayings and implications that it is therefore a given, as in a true fact, that his study findings concerning the debate on wether or not the Red ones are indeed faster, look better and are riden by the coolest people is true, conclusive and unchallengable.

So, there we have it. The Red ones are faster, look better and are ridden by the coolest people.

Thew, glad we got that cleared up. Now, can we put this topic to bed please

Actually and point of fact. Your data on Red Riders ability to Yak alot is incorrect. In the above response to one GinaS, hereby known as the Responsee, I the responder, hereby known as the Responder, did clearly state in paragraph 2 sub section 2:3 in article relating to Red one going faster, looking better and riden by the coolest people, the said article does in fact make reference to the fact that the author is correct in all things writen, said and implied. Therefore, by the responder stateing quite catorgorically that Red Riders do not tend to Yak alot, it is therefore a given that the said statement, that Red Riders do not yak alot is true and accurate, and any references to the contary are null and void and should be dismissed as purely heresay, speculation and inacurate.

hey there Arsenalfan,......interesting research but unfortunatly your conclusion is flawed.

are you sure your not colour blind !!!!!

Blue has to be the fastest colour simply because none of the other colours are blue.
Blue ones are ridden by the coolest people simply becase blue is the coolest colour
If you dont belive look at photos...in black and white you cant see the black ones, in sepia you cant see the red ones, and with a green field background you can only just make out the green ones. In all of these photos the blue looks coooooool !!!
So there you have it

Well, duh!

Looking at the gay color chart, red is gayest (of course). So you are not as gay as Mark but gayer than purple. That's still pretty gay!

.............

Actually Don, it's yellow & black because black is not gay. Having two colors means you have not 'stepped' out yet!!
