I've gone out for a ride yesterday and as I was slowing down for a red light I took my hands off the bars and as I began to slow the front end began to wobble, a little at first and more and more the slower The bike went. This has not happened before so I tried it a few more times and the same result each time. I put the bike on the lift this morning, Steering head bearings feel ok wheel weights are still there so its sorta got me buggered as to what to look for now.Any Ideas

The possibilities are endless. A few...
1. Road tar on tire
2. Tire Cupping
3. Broken belt
4. Weak side wall or tread casing
5. Bent rim
6. Mis-aligned spokes (BA)
7. Wheel bearing
8. Road surface
9. Steering head bearing
10. Low air pressure
On, and on, and on...

Don't ignore it.

It can also be caused by the forks not being aligned in the triple clamps straight / parallel, this was the cause for the same problem on my bike. I adjusted them by trial and error and now it is fine.

I think some other people on this site have fixed it by re-aligning the back wheel straight in the swing-arm. So if you have recently replaced your rear tire or adjusted your chain I'd say check there first.

Hope this helps....

Before you start pulling your bike apart, check the pressure in the tyres.. low air's the most common cause.
