I ordered a set of TB pipes last week, and received no confirmation email. My CC wasn't billed. I sent an email to them. Nothin. I called today, during NZ business hours...answering machine. WTF? Should I take my $700 elsewhere?

He is definantly still around, I've been in contact with him about some cams (recieved a PM from him on the 30/6/06 & e-mail on 4/7/06). He did say that they have been super busy so maybe that is why they're late (?).
Maybe you could send him a personal message, his username is RCV.....

They might have closed for a holiday. It's mid winter there. Depending on where thay are located, they might be having weather problems, the far end of the country is pretty far south.

Thats good, I just read your signature and thought "ha, maybe you jinxed yourself!"
Hope the pipes arrive soon for you, I couldn't imagine riding around with standard pipes now that I have performance ones!

Apologies fella`s its been full on here and we have once again been down a staff member the last 3 weeks. I would say without reservation that if we should for any reason be either missing or late in replying to any of your emails to contact me directly through BA.com and I`ll see that you are attended to. And a final thank you to the forum member who made me aware of this post. Cheers Guys! p.s. 78 rear wheel bhp from our Thruxton today - started off with 56

Ok, so what was the magic combination??? Head work, cams, pipes, carbs, chicken voodoo??? All of the above, none of the above? Don't keep us guessing here!

When I ordered my pipes the same thing happened. So I shot him an email. His responce was that he was waiting for them to come in and would let me know when he shipped them plus tracking info. A week later he sent me that message.

Hmm, so you're saying you have an opening at your shop? Can I send my resume?
