I know this has been disscused. However I can't seem to find it. Seems like im not flowing enough fuel at about 90 mph it wants to die in third gear. No im not hitting the rev limiter. It bogs and takes a couple of seconds before it will catch up again. Is the stock petcock not able to flow enough fuel with the K & N's .Yes I'v check the T junction filter as well.

Sounds like it's too rich or too lean. Pull out the choke when it does this, if it helps it is too lean, if it doesn't or gets worse it is too rich. It could be a lot of things but this is the best guess and easiest to diagnosis.
A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice.

Pat, Wouldn't it do the same in each gear as you get near the rev limiter? The engine shouldn't care what gear it is in or how fast it is going.....? Just a thought....

I think it has been detailed in a previous post/thread that the stock petcock provides more than enough fuel. Of course there was dissenting opinion with support for changing out to a Pingel. But as I recall, in the end, the facts presented were quite compelling that the stocker provides more fuel than an 800cc could possibly use, regardless how modified. Or maybe it was on the NTB forum over at Delphi? With the fuel line in a bucket and the petcock on, if it flows, I'd check something else.

90 seems about right for hitting the rev limit in 3'rd. Almost sounds like it is running on one cylinder when you do that.
Since fuel flow is closer related to power production than strictly speed, it should do the same in 4'th at maybe 95 or less if your engine is starving.

When I hit the rev limiter it's unmistakable. The machine instantly quits accelerating. There are times when I'm trying to shoot into traffic that it really catches me by surprise, and speed shifting ain't happnin here, so I have to watch traffic extra careful long enough to get through the gears. Just a bit frustrating.
