Just thought I would put in a couple of pics of our ride last weekend. This is the 4th year that we have participated in the the "Rumble to the Summit" ride to benefit the "Make-A-Wish" foundation. The parade took off from the Clovis,CA and wound up Hwy 168 to Sierra Summit Ski Area. It was about 72 miles one way. The day was to be hot, about 110 degrees in the valley, so a day at 7000ft was very welcome. It was a great day except for one bad accident with two bikes and one pick-up. I have added a couple of pictures. Hope you enjoy.
Robert (Habuba) and I had a great time. About 4000 bikes were registered for the ride.
We waited out the heat at Shaver Lake for a couple of hours, then had dinner at Table Mtn Casino before heading home.
