Hi, I thought you might like to see what a Biker's Friend looks like on a Speedmaster. This is a Large bag (13 inch diameter by 15 inch long) which I think looks fine. I've got it sat on the standard seat and it is just the right height for me. I rode 40 miles through rain hail and sleet last week and it kept perfectly dry inside. The middle of my back was the only part of me that was warm and the bag gives your back a lot of support. Here's their site if you want more information. I have to say their customer service was first rate. www.bikersfriend.com Best wishes Sid

Hey Sid, looks great. One question, how well does it support if it's not full? Thanks

Hi JJ,
It has a plastic pipe inside it which is very rigid and supports exactly the same when empty as when full. I'm busy today but I'll try and do a photograph tomorrow to show this.
Best wishes

Hi, I haven't had time to get the bike out to do a shot but there is one on the vendors web site so here goes. See theres a white, rigid plastic pipe lining the bag. It has a wall thickness of about 1/8 inch and is fairly light in weight considering that thickness. I'm 210 pounds and leaning against it does not deform it at all even when empty. Best wishes Sid

Great stuff Sid. How have you fixed the bag on to the bike? does it come with straps etc?

Hi,
It comes with two bungees with stainless steel clasps on them. If you look carefully you can see that I've wrapped these three or four times around the sissy bar. There's also a safety strap.
Best wishes
