Sorry if this has been covered before, but I've seen quite a few bikes in the galleries with white wall tyres which I think look great.
I know Metzeler makes a white wall in the same size as the original rear tyre, but who makes them in an 18" to suit the front? Or are you all changing your front rims up to a 19".

Only dunlop and maxxis make whitewalls in 18", and they only do them in 120 wide tyres. A 120 will fit on, but will hit the bracket below the front fender when the tyre warms up and expands.
Some folks have simply pulled the bracket & front fender off and others have cut the centre out of it. However because the bracket's probably also to stop the fork legs "walking" the best bet is to make small extensions to lift it up an inch or so.

Thanks for the that, I'll look up the Dunlop and Maxxis range and have a look.
So will simply removing the front fender completely (which was my plan anyway) solve the rubbing issue?

Yep, tho you'll lose the fork brace. You wouldn't be the first person to do it and noone's complained that their forks are walking, so I don't know how much of an issue it is.
