Well yesterday I took the last ride on my Triumph as I delivered it to it's new owner. I hope he takes good care of it - it's been a great bike. I haven't been posting around here at all for the same reason I hadn't been riding my bike - I wanted it to be easier for me to part with it. Why did I sell it? Three big reasons. The main one is financial. I can afford the bike no problem, but I decided to funnel the money to more responsible things (yeah, I know this is stupid). The second reason is that I want to start a family, and my wife doesn't want me on a bike if we have kids (probably the main reason). The third reason is that I get back pain from it. It's not that specific bike, it's most any motorcycle. Pedal bikes are fine though. I have asked Dinqua to take the info from my website so that it doesn't get lost forever. On a final note, the new owner thought my modified SS pipes were too loud. later all, Triumphant

Good luck and thanks for the website info. Drilled out my slides and it made a nice difference.

You will be missed but family and finances should always come first. Good luck in all of your pursuits. Thanks for sharing web space and great interaction with the board.

Sorry to hear that Dan but you will always be welcome here. We all have to make our own decision in life, if that is what is right for you then that is what is right. Good luck!

Hate to see you go. Know what you mean about selling Bike. But on days when things are down, there is nothing like a Bike ride. Take good care of that Bicycle and put alot of miles on it.

Thanks for the tips on the pipe mods. I love them. Good luck with the family, and don't be a stranger. As a Dad that rides with 2 kids, I can certainly understand. My wife would applaud your decision!

Best wishes to you and yours for a healthy & happy family. I'm on the other end of the family spectrum, and just getting back into riding, as my kids are now 21, 23, & 24, so I'm now trying to spend off their inheritance.

Best of luck Dan. Keep in touch. I will post the pages soon. I captured them and will leave them intact except for navigational links.
