Hi All Im a newbi here and am seeking some advise. I own a 05 BA and have just fitted the AI removal kit and some pipes. Now running way too lean and "popping" badly on over-run. Tried lifting the needles, some help. What jets should I change? What size new jets? Where can I get them via mail order? (I live in Australia)

What pipes are you running on your '05?

Also, have you referenced the Performance Guide from the bonnevilleamerica.com home page? It lists forum riders set ups and what jettings they have chosen along with comments (as a referrence I stress again)

Oops, seems I posted in the wrong area. jaymo54...thanks for the advice, the pipes are locally made by BA owner from stainless steel. They look like the originals only a little shorter so they dont hit the kerb when parking.

Dinqua's site Go here and try the jetting guide. It'll give you a pretty good estimate of where to start. Could you throw some pics up here of your pipes? It's alway nice to see what other option are out there. Tinman

Start with about 135 mains and check your plugs after riding a while with the engine running above 3500 to see whether to keep them or go up /down one size. Or, if the maker is also running the same version of his pipes, ask him what he has. Every bike will be a little different, so you may still need a size or two off from his, but it will get you close.
