Great to hear it too Bud, but like Rob says, take'er easy till you're sure that shoulder is truly healed. A short term pain in the arse is better than a long term disability!

Nothing TO heal. Turned out that the tear in the labrum had infact healed itself. The pain was coming from a rough and messed up shoulder socket so he cut four holes and put his little camera and grinding tools in and made it smooth again. Doc told me that I had no restrictions.
It was pretty sore the first few days and I actually was back in the saddle in five days !!!!!!!!
Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrpppppppppppppppp !!!

Lawnmower ??????????????/ Oh, you mean that 4-wheeled red thingy that Deb pushes around the yard to make the grass shorter. Yeah, still too sore for that but able to do some 12 oz curls while she pushes that noisy contraption around.
