I have read it but can't find. There was a product for removing blueing or yellowing on pipes where it comes out of engine. Please if you can let me know. Thanks Doug

I think the only stuff that seems to work on removing bluing from pipes is a product called "Blue Job" $12.95 for a small tin of the stuff. I dont know this from experience but some online reviews swear by it.

I have tried 'Blue Job' with zero results but might not be using it right. Do you guys use it by hand with the included little applicator pad or should I try a buffer? Any suggestions?

I just used the blue-Job Restorer and it really did work. I had some yellowing on my pipes and with a little rubbing it was removed. I wet the pad dabbed the powder made a paste and applied it to the pipes. Rubbed it in a while and it was removed. Thanks for the tip guys. Doug

OK Robert, I'll fess up to my ignorance. Is that a wool pad on a low-speed auto body buffer? And 10 seconds? Sounds like it's worth a try.

I did get a single can of the Blue Job product. My pipes are not really in a state of high blue but I applied some to the junction of the heat shield and the header where just a touch of blueing shows and it came off without very much work at all. Just a touch of water and very little powder to a paste and rubbed it in for four or five minutes.
