As I have explained, we have them on order from Progessive Suspension (this
is a special order as we do not normally stock these springs). Progressive
Suspension are out of stock, they have not given an estimate for delivery,
but the must be here soon as they have been on order for a long time.

I can do without the sarcasm, and unfortunately I cannot magic them out of
thin air. We are doing what we can to get these springs for you.

I explained when you placed the order that these springs would take a while
to come in. It`s up to you, you can either continue to wait or take a
refund. Unfortunatly we cannot help the stock situation at Progressive
Suspension.

If they are in stock with the distributor they are about 10 days. Otherwise
they can be anything up to about 6 weeks.

I'd say sod it and not bother...

They said up to 6 weeks, and from the end of March to now is longer than that!

Do we do what we did to cyclepartsUSA or whatever they were called???

Get your money back mate.
He shouldn't have taken all of the money until they had them ready for sending to you.

If he said 6 weeks to begin with, he should have only had a deposit.

Once you have your money back, tell him where to stick the springs so he can bounce while sitting at his computer!!

And tell him, if he wants sarcasm, log on to this site

sarcasm in his opinion was when I wrote about next christmas but "glupi dupek" didn't respond week earlier when I sent an e mail after 6 weeks have to search again for springs and there is one possibility I have to renew from USA and would be ok because dollar is cheap now!!!!!

ok dont eveyone flame me for this,i sell jeep parts and alot of items people want is drop ship and i quote the time that vendors tell me and thats all i can do,and i take any where from 3-20 orders a day it is know way i could keep up with every order like that,so i can see where he is coming from ,looking at the big picture if he said 6 weeks another week is not that much longer,but if i think its going to be 6 weeks i would tell someone 8 weeks just so things like that doesnt happy ,hopefully he did live up to the refund
