First off all - thank you folk`s for exelent response and adwises - this site rock`s !!! It took 3 hours of hard work and some good beer, and now I have changed main jets to 135 and pilot to 45, air-adj. out 3 1/4 out and the popping seams to bo almost gone. Some friend of mine said i should try to change to a more ledded gas. In Norway we have 95 and 98 octan led-free gas. I use 95 but my friend say I should try 98 and then maybe the popping will dissapear completely. Anyone experience on this issue

you can get Av Gas (Aviation Gas) NOT JET FUEL at all small airports if you want to try some leaded fuel. It runs @ 100 octane and has a low lead count. Keep in mind ,Av Gas cost about less than two times regular fuel.

95 (RON) should be right for your bike. A small amount of popping is to be expected with modified exhaust and, while it is possible to get rid of it with a very rich idle mixture, that will cost you some performance.

Good news and bad news for you, Geir: Bad news is that there is an 80% chance for rain on Wednesday! Good news is that, as of this coming Friday, May 26th, you'll have 24 hours of sunshine to work on your bike!

Folks, I wouldn't say that Geir lives in the far north of Norway, but Santa Claus is a neighbor. <chuckle> For an interesting exercise, run a Leknes, Norway search on http://www.dogpile.com
