Has anyone changed the stock headlight? Can you give me some direction, there looks like alot of terminations in there for other wires, is it a straight forwad thing or are other wires hooked into the headlight also? Thanks, Joker

I replaced mine with a Sylvania sealed beam. It was super simple, super cheap, and is super bright! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C18...&n=15684181

Joker you should be able to use an aftermarket bucket...but you will have to change the stand-off the Triumph one is over an inch wide most aftermarket buckets are 3/4" and those are cheap enough ckeck out www.JPCycles.comSkyler What did you do with the little "parking" bulb when you switched to a sealed beam??

I put in a 7" Adjure bucket and bluedot bulb I got from J&P Cycle. I did have to modify the mounting for the headlight by milling through the middle of the stock one and making a simple spacer. Really pretty straight forward. The harder part was cutting the hole in the side of the headlight for the wires to hide in and the headlight connector to fit through. I have been blessed with a model shop and toolroom filled with many knowledgeable machinists, so it was pretty easy for me when I asked the question of how to do it and had three guys fighting over who and how to do it. I would imagine being careful with a drill and a hole saw, or an angle grinder or a dremel you could acheive acceptable results. I used the chrome car door protector stuff as a gasket to line the edge of the hole and keep the wires from any sharp edges. You can look in my photo album but I really don't think I have any close shots of that setup. I am taking a trip to Toronto this week. I'll try to remember to make a point of taking some photos of the headlight setup for ya'.
Edit: Oh yeah, I just ignored the parking light connector. Just kind of hangs around inside the bucket.

I was in Advanced Discount Auto Parts the other day and the parts guy had to ask his customer, "What year make and model is the sealed beam headlight you desire for, Sir" I about rolled on the floor.
