Unfortunately, I am one of those that bought the over-priced triumph bags with my bike. Anybody else have problems with the velcro straps? Mine don't stay together all the time.

Hey Rick,
If you're talking about the velcro straps on the back side of the bags that hold them onto the brackets?
Yeah, I had trouble with mine too if they got dirty.
If you scrub them and let dry they seem to hold longer.

Rick -
Yep had problems with 'em staying put. so replaced them with the easy brackets. The bags will get replaced this year most likely with something a little bigger and better. But I really cant complain too much, these have lasted 4 years.

Like Becky, I put EZ Brackets on mine because I had problems with them scooting around. The EZ Brackets keep them in one place and it makes it easier to remove them. This works out great with traveling and cleaning.

I've had similar problems w/the velcro, and they're just too darn small, although I do like the way they look.
I'm waiting on delivery of the Saddlemen Jumbo Drifter Slant bags, w/matching fork bag. I'll post results.

I had them, and had the usual problems with the velcro. I fixed it by getting some Leatherworks bags...aaah...relief at last.
