After following the thread, I was remiss when I suggested it may be one of the safety lock-out switches. You did say it was cranking, and the lock-outs do not allow cranking as was noted.
So if it’s turning over, but not firing on ‘both’ sides, there are just a few things it could be. But make darn sure it's not firing or you'll be chasing a non-existing problem.
Think about what could interrupt the ability for both sides to fire.
I suspect it’s not the coils as it would be improbable, but not impossible for both to go bad at once. Maybe a ground common to both coils was knocked loose. If the tank was jarred, it could have contacted something along the spine.
The ‘ignition box’. I don’t know how to check this as a stand-alone component other than replace it with a known good to see if that fixes it. Maybe your shop could check it. Then again, it could be wiring to/from the box.
The magnetic pick-up coil under the right side cover. If the wiring was damaged or it has been knocked out of adjustment in the tipover, you get no spark. The wiring to the mag pick-up is very, very thin. It runs from the right side cover between the carbs to an under seat connector. Get out your trusty multimeter, follow the wire and find the connector, crank it over and check for continuity. If you get continuity jumps, this component is good, at least to the connector.
Run down the
wiring diagram. .
It may look complex, but a wire is a wire. If the starter is turning, that should reduce the troubleshooting a bit.
Good luck with it and please post whatever the outcome is.
