I actually quite like it. Back needs to be lowered, 12in Apes and a low profile seat would finish it off.

Funnily enough, the guy (didn't get his name) said that he was looking for a low profile seat. Of course, we directed him to Brent (and this site!).
Rather than apes, he was thinking about going with speedy risers and flatter, but same width, bars

Looking at the picture, cant tell if he used triple trees or cut the frame...? Did he tell you how he did this and by any chance did he mention his rake and trail..? Did he say what degree rake it is now ??? Just wondering....getting ready to start on the front of mine now that the rest is done.

headstock was cut and rewelded and job was done by some custom shop in uk Sootys Customs that what I know
