Ok, I got my wheels back from being powder coated black then had a red pinstrip added and I am waiting for my front fork lowers to be painted back. I have searched and questioned you all about tire sizes so I can go with the white walls and thought I was all set until last night. I don't thing that I have spoken to anyone who has done this with a Speedmaster. The potential problem that I am concerened about is if I raise the fended do I have a problem with the breakline that goes over the fender being too short?

I think it depends on what size tire your getting. I stuffed my brakeline under the fender shortly after getting the bike and haven't had any problems yet. If you leave room between the tire and the fender you should be O.K..

I don't own a speedy but have seriously looked at a thunderbird sports front setup with twin disks. Always disliked the idea of a brake line over the fender and plan to run two seperate lines, either from the master cylinder or from a splitter hidden under the lower triple tree. That's probably safer than hiding the brake line between the fender & tyre, and looks neater too.

What did you do about the two holes that hold the little clips on top of the fender?

I have a speedmaster fender on, so I'm interested in hole filling solutions too... Even just some little black plugs to make them less conspicuous? they really aren't that noticeable...

Hole Filling Solutions : Buy a pack of the clear barrel Bic pens. Pull out the color indicator plug from the back end of pen and plug your fender. ( works with black only )

well, half and half...
I have used the Bic trick for another application on my America. Anyway... for a $3.69 investment, it's worth a try.
Also, option 2: ( I have used this one as well )
Go to the Harley dealer...ask for a pillion plug for a 2006 Dyna Street Bob..it's like 50 cents
