After an excellent day out on the bike, I found at 10pm I was still itching to get out. I took the bullet camera with me and edited it this morning.
The video is 10megs in size and in stream format and has sound to it
Hope you like it
Regards
Rod

You should be careful riding that fast on the wrong side of the road at night!! That reminds me of that old shot "Street Hawk" I think it was called where the guy would go out at night on his wicked fast bike and solve crimes n what not. It had a super fast mode like KITT on Knight Rider and that's what it looked like. Pretty cool!

Neato. Interesting (appropriate) choice in music.

Thanks Rod, I really enjoyed that. Makes me want to go to the MotherLand. If you ever come to the colonies, bring your bike, or let us know so we can "borrow" one for you. And bring a really big camera, as we still have a lot of wide open spaces. And whoever you ride with here, follow them. We'll keep you on the right side of the road.
Ride Safe,
Dennis

Hi Celt- yes it was me who did the tour around York last year. (I had Mrs RodYork doing the Speilberg bit)- this time though, it was a bullet camera.- Glad you liked it.
Thank you everyone else for the comments- I only wish I could have put some engine sounds on, but the microphone stopped working for some reason.

Nice video. I really liked the trick photography where it looks like you're driving on the wrong side of the road.

Very cool! So, all those pesky signs that say "STOP" are just suggestions then over there?
A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice.

Pat, you noticed that too?
Excellent vid, and great ambience with the music Rod. What kind of camera did you use and what video software?

Enjoyed the vid and the tunes greatly. Thanks for the landmarks. I would never have noticed them with all those cars moving on the wrong side of the road.
Thanks!
Ride On!

Pat(Dinqua)- well done for spotting my deliberate mistake Airguy- You think you had problems with the cars on the wrong side of the road- "micklegate" is a street (in)famous for its party nights, with every other property being either a bar, fast food outlet or night club- The result is a lot of revellers, many intoxicated, giving them super powers to walk through cars and motorbikes ( jay walkers galore!) Hi English Yankee- the camera(recording equipment) is a Sony TRV33, the camera is an external bullet camera (sometimes with sound!)- Sony manufacture- ideal for low light. I will get the full spec and post it later. The software is Pinnacle video editing, however, I have used Windows editing and found, as a start up-free one(if included in a bundle)- it is great. The music is The cure and is compressed in MP3 format The speed is set to vary between normal (1.0) > 5 times. Im off out today to see my children as they do some reenactment scenes with their grandparents- this of course means to the wise and educated- a run on the bike! Unfortunately- looking at the sky outside, the likely soundtrack will be "it's raining again"-Supertramp Im off to Crich (multimap) and will report back if you would like. Thanks once again for your comments Regards Rod

DUDE!!!!! MOST EXCELLENT!!!!! that is one of the coolest things i think i have seen on this page that was created by a member. we need some more of that kinda stuff from those that know how to make that kinda stuff happen. to see other places from a bike seat, to see where others live, to be rideing down their streets to some of their haunts and places of interest is a cool idea!!! THANK YOU!!!! only thing that was missing was for you to get off the bike and turn around and look at it and maybe then fade to black, it would make a great commercial.
ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!
