This past weekend I relocated my front signals, Thanks to our Aussie friend Matt for a great site and SUPER instructions. I had just installed my fork gaiters and removed my fork shrouds so.... I mounted my stock lights with kuryakyn clamps p/n 2286 just above the lower yoke wired them in the headlight housing. Ran the wires behind the fork mount clamps. Used existing mount hole just turned them 90 degrees. Did have to buy a couple screws to mount them to the clamps as the ones that came with the clamps didn't fit and the stock bolts don't allow the clamps to fully seat on the forks. I too, just dis-connected the wire connectors under the grip switch housings. A little solder and heat shrink and your done. Simple and cheap fix for the ugly pumpkin mount! total spent $45.00.
