Not even those non vaxer truckers clogging up the border can keep our #1 Winter export reaching Texas again this year. I sure hope the gas fired generating plant got around to spray foaming the walls so you dont have outages as last year. Its frosty across much of N. America.

I spent 20 plus years travelling to northeast Texas (Texoma) as part of a field service job. I was there for several ice and snow events. My observation was that the cold weather, ice and snow are so rare that they cannot get in the mind set of planning to deal with it. More of just hoping it will not happen, and if it does that it will go away quickly.
