Got out for a ride on January first. Fifty degrees fahrenheit on the first day of the year not bad for Iowa.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

In Mexico city and wish that we had a MC to ride yesterday the streets were practically empty. I guess everyone was too partied out or just wanted to hang out at home for the day. Had to be satisfied with the Metro bus and hanging out with people that were happy to be out with their families.
