Remember these guys? I guess Paul Sr.and Jr. buried the hatchet enough to start another show last Spring. I must have missed it. https://orangecountychoppers.com/?page_id=194

From what it looks like, times have been lean for both of them. The answer...re-start the reality show, and add even more drama (I can see Paul Sr. clashing with the woman CEO).

We have the new series over here. Jr has moved to smaller premises (did he do that last season?). Both say the big money bikes have had their day. Both are still doing feature bikes. Snr has to do 2 in 3 weeks for one customer. Yep, he raided the parts bin. Martin guitars wanted Jnr to do a reverse trike (like a Can Am). No one seemed to know such a machine existed. In the end Jnr bought a Vanderhall trike and just put a new body on it. Et voila, a Paul Jnr original custom build! .

That's how those clowns are, they are cake decorators not bike builders.I saw an episode where they tried to build a pan engine and eventually sent it out and another where they tried to build a tranny, same thing, they ended up sending it out. Jr had moved to his new shop at the end of the orginal series.

The month and year I last watched an episode of that, ahem, "reality show".
(...they didn't impress me much then, and I seriously doubt they would to any more extent, today)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I watch it occasionally for entertainment.
Local news says they recently announced that the big headquarters building they built is being converted to an arcade with an indoor go-cart track.
I doubt that is because the custom motorcycle business is so good, they are expanding their offerings as a service to the community.

Only positive thing I can say about that crew is Sr. started with a drug problem, kicked it and built that business from a mobile welder and a pick up truck to the steel works he had ( not sure if he still has that or not) then the bike business. Gotta respect that. The rest is a circus that holds little to no interest for me. There was a select few builds I watched because I liked what they were going to build, those were projects Sr. did.
