This morning I went to start my 06 America turned key on everything fine until I press the starter button. I heard a click like a fuse popping. The bike went dead. I checked all fuses, checked the battery lead cleaned and retighten. Battery reading 14.11 with key switch off key on it reads 0. Is there a fuse under the gas tank that I don’t know about? Maybe it was a relay I am not sure. I know the great minds here will know what my issue is. Thanks your help will be greatly appreciated.

Check and clean the starter solenoid connections.

Where are you taking your voltage readings? Should be across the battery terminals. If the battery is dropping to 0 when you turn the key on, and you're testing across the battery then it is bad. If you are taking a voltage check at some other location, I'd check for a loose/dirty connection at the starter solenoid (like Ian stated) or the ground cable to frame connection (assuming the battery connections are tight). Check starter connection also.

I am taking my voltage reading directly from the battery terminals. I don’t know if that makes a difference with diagnoses of this issue. Thanks for your imput.

I'm with Greg. If you're testing right on the battery terminals, you should always see battery voltage (between 12.something and 14, usually), whether it's off, on, running, etc. I'm thinking bad battery, but the zero V has me wondering if maybe you have a broken battery post? Since even a dead battery reads some voltage. You said you already checked the fuses and connections; I would suggest getting the battery tested before tearing into other stuff.

The majority of the time these type of issues are a bad battery. If indeed it's the battery the question is, did something lead to killing the battery or was it simply due to age or lack of usage/charging.

Thanks all for your help. I had the battery tested this morning and it was bad. Replaced the battery and added dielectric grease to all electrical connections and fuses. Went for a 100 mile ride and all is well.

I misunderstood, I thought you were losing your power when you hit the starter button. They are correct you should always have battery voltage if taken at the terminals. It may drop a little if you have an issue with a componant.
