I understand the Cajun Navy has prepositioned and is ready to get to work as soon as possible. Now THERE are the good guys.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

They’ve moved my parents and the rest of the assisted living folks from their facility on James Island to Hendersonville, NC. I think it a wise choice having seen the results of similar hurricanes first hand. Water is a very powerful force.

I'm sure the move was stressful. I hope they got to take some scenic rides in and around the Hendersonville area while they were there. Mom's facility loads up a shuttle twice a week for rides through the mountains and it's always a big hit.

How about a road trip from Anchorage, Alaska covering 6500 miles to Havelock, NC. I rode/drove starting September 27, 2018 with my sons family from Anchorage to Chowchilla, Ca. arriving by October 4th. My son and family continued on their trip to Havelock, NC arriving October 17, now living in their camp trailer they towed with them.  Now to start a new job.
