Nice 2 door garage, new well etc. He just forgot to take one measurement. The last rain storm showed him he should have brought in about 6 inches of packed fill dirt before he put the house up. Let's hope there's intelligent life somewhere in space 'cause it's buggar all down here. -- Monte Python

If he had stopped by Lowe's to get some surveying gear, he could have learned that he was about to build in the bottom of a basin and filled it for maybe half what it will cost to fix it.
