I've got a carbed America and I'm looking to up the tire sizes. Stock fenders are not being used so I'm not worried about clearance in regards to that. I want to go as wide as possible in the rear and a little fatter up front, with the stock rims. This bike is more of a bar hopper. Any pictures and info would be greatly appreciated!

In metric sized tires the first number is the width in MM and the 2nd number is a percentage of the first to give you sidewall heighth (aspect ratio) and the 3rd is the rim size. You limited by chain and chain guard clearance. I used to know how wide you could go but I don't remember anymore.
