Spike Milligan would've been 100 today.
I was too young to hear The Goons first time round but heard them since.
I caught the back of the 'Q' series on tv finishing with There's a lot of it about.

Brilliant if troubled guy.
Moved to Winchelsea. Neighbour knocked on door.'I saw you on the Television last night.'Spike Slammed door. 3 weeks later Spike knocks on neighbours door ' I saw you mowing your lawn yesterday.'
Oh and his tombstone reads ( in Gaelic) ' I told you I was ill.'
