But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

This incident didn't happen at Bonneville Utah, it happened on Australia's Lake Gairdner. But yeah, that's one tough lady there, alright. And which reminded me of the recent speed record attempts by the group running that streamlined Triumph Rocket-3 powered bike. It seems that effort has been permanently scuttled from what I can make out. (...anybody know if my impression about this is mistaken?) Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
