Finally got out and about on the T120 today. Have been busy getting the Tiger 800 ready to sell. 120 is very different from the Tiger, doesn't turn in quite as fast, engines are totally different. Tiger you just kept the revs up and shifted a lot, T120 sweet spot is 3-5 K on revs so you don't shift as much but is difficult at first cause I'm used to staying up in the 5-7 k range. Loads of torque on the T120 as long as you keep it in the 2.5 to 5.5 rev range it just pulls like a tractor. Is going to take a few farkles to get it right for longer rides (have had to do that to all my bikes), mostly a consequence of getting old. Wrists, etc. don't hold up too well to forward leaning, etc. Anyway I think it is going to be a great bike. Is as much of a geezer magnet as the first America I had. "What year is that?, didn't know they still made them, I had one way back when I was younger." at about any gas/drink/food stop. Fun to hear the stories.... until I just gotta go ride it some more. Dang, I had missed that 270 degree sound. T120 has the best sounding OEM pipes that I have ever heard.

Haven't tried to post pics since photobucket blew itself out of the water. What is the current photo posting method?

If mine I'd install a 39T sprocket on that T120.

A number of T120 owners have done just that. Even some speculation that 39 was the original design of the bike but got changed for Euro regulations. I haven't ridden it enough yet to make that decision, but riding in the mountains over here it would probably work very nicely.

You could use Flickr. It's still free to post pictures here.
