Paul, I'm sure you guys will have a great time again this year.
I have another event I'm going to that I can't miss out on.

How do you get to the falls from your place Yota? Do you come in from the west to the east or do you come in from the town of Cumberland ??

I need to get an oil change before the rally. Should I do it myself for $45 or pay $175 at the stealer? $130 can buy a lot of wine coolers.

Do it yourself. Look under the front of the engine. You'll see an aluminum plate with four bolts mounted to the headers. Remove that, I think it's an 8mm.
Pick up one of the small adjustable rubber strap type oil wrench filter removal tools. The filter is in a tight spot but don't give in you can do it. One drain plug in the bottom engine case sump. Remove that to drain the oil. Now reassemble, hand tighten the oil filter, fill with oil 4.2 liters and have a wine cooler

No need to replace the drain plug washer just flip it over and reuse the old one, but if you like you can pick those up at any Advance etc. I recommend you use the Triumph Oil Filter to replace, there have been too many stories lately of failure and leaks with other brands of filter on bikes.

Yeah I did it quite regularly myself on my Blue white T-bird. But I need to get one of those filter removers w the strap like you said. Plus the plate is different from my '10 bird. It's pretty tight under there. It was so much easier on the TBA.

Well the website says the tram is good for small children, seniors and physically handicapped. That about covers our group.

might do buffalo trace instead of Maker's. roads are a little better and we can get grilled pimento sammiches
