I use to run K&N pods but because or the price and me losing one I switched to UNI ones. But since the switch she has been running a little rich. are the UNI's really that much more restictive?

2008 Triumph Speedmaster, Single baffle drag pipes, lots of black powder coatin,K&N pods, AI removed, TBS needles and a procom cdi.

The K&N isn't much more than a screen.

How oily are you running them (UNI s)? DNA s are the highest rated as to less restriction, as far as my research has gathered. The Pieman sells them.

Tried both and I didn't notice any difference. Both filters are good quality.

As a general rule the Uni's will flow better than K&N's, unless the Uni's are over-oiled. All it needs is a very light oil mist, then blot them off.
