Does anybody know where I can get a tailight and lisence plate bracket similar to this? I'm not sure whose bike this is but I really like that look.

I can't answer about the license bracket, but the teardrop taillight is readily on places like ebay. do a web search for a teardrop taillight.

Slug,

I think that's Bikerthug's bike. If I recall correctly, he said a while back that that taillight was a reproduction of the ones for a '39 Ford. He lives close to your neck of the woods up there, in Washington State. Check with him.

Slug,

You might check the following sites. Purchasing the standard bucket type is fairly inexpensive, but be sure to check out the one equipped with the LED. The bucket has been eliminated completely. It's pretty slick.

Well actually that is my bike. The light is a '39 Ford teardrop aftermarket unit, readily available from several places. The license plate bracket I made using a plate frame I had. The plate light came from Pep boys. Thanks for asking.

I had that picture on my hard drive but I could not remember whose bike it was. It looks great. I think I'll get one of the flush mount led types that Poimen pointed out to me. Thanks Poimen. And thanks to you Boogieman, hope you don't mind if I borrow one of your ideas.

Hey slug, don't mind at all. Knock yourself out. I wanted an RIII light until I found out the cost. The '39 light looks similar and oh so much cheaper. Mine isn't the LED yet still has plenty of tire clearance. The wiring is easy.

Well, "snazzy" is better than "neat-o", slightly!
Thanks for the good word re: the "red BA Bobber custom", which is being converted to Black with multi-color graphics as we speak. What can I say, that's what ROPER wanted. Still looks good!

Slug - Hey! This is ShinyGal from Shiny-Hiney.com. If you haven't already purchased your taillight, give us a look. We have an offering for motorcycles where you are able to purchase a single taillight (it's a single version of the '39 Ford offering). Shiny-Hiney Motorcycle teardrop LED taillights

We set up two guys recently with taillights for their Harleys. One of them placed three across the back of his ride. If interested, let me know and I'll email you the picture he sent to me -- it's sweet.

Let me know if I can help!

Thanks ShinyGal, I emailed you folks about a month ago and got a reply from Wade. The teardrop tailight is still on my list of things to do. Not to sure when I'll get around to it, but you'll be the first to know.
