Brand new 2016 Triumph America, Two-Tone Red (picture the two-tone red TB Commander paint scheme). On the dealer's floor marked to move, at $7888.00 I get an email this week and they've marked it down to o $6988.00. Not to hurt anyone's feelings, but that's about the prettiest America I've seen. I didn't even know the factory did that bike in those colors. Chrome clutch cover, knee pads... That's a lot of motorcycle for not a lot of money. Sure. A new 1200, or 1250cc Triumph cruiser sounds like the bomb, but for almost twice the money, it sure can't be twice the bike.

Mine too. I sat on one of the '16 Americas at my dealer. It is really comfortable w the floorboards and comfy seat.

Plus I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't some Triumph accessory incentives. Remember how we used to have to add chrome to the TBA. Now it comes with chrome chain guard,sprocket cover and I love the beefy front tire and fender.

It's my understanding Triumph has ramped up building and pushing out to the dealers the Americas and Speedy's.
I'm guessing they're trying to eliminate all stock for the air cooled twins as this is the last year for air cooling, and most likely the last year for America / Speedmasters. Should be some nice deals here in the states over the winter months.
