Watching a show on PBS about the hwy and sure is bringing back many memories of my trip from Flint Mi to Cali on my 500 cc Daytona. Some places I stopped some places I stayed and some just blew by . But I traveled a lot of that road to stay off slab. An awesome road in places with lots to see and do . Anybody else familier with this little piece of Americas history ? Loved some of the old cottages and gas stations along with other sites that have been doing business since the teens . Something's I had forgotten about and this show is making me remember !

I totally agree, great film!!! The Lincoln Highway, The Jefferson Highway, and Route 66 are my Bucketlist motor bike trips. I enjoy the history end of it.
