I found a shop with a surface grinder and I am going to have some mid thickness shims made up so I can get all my moneys worth out of the cams, as an example, 2.925 or 2.875 in lieu of 2.85 and 2.90. Please post what you have found to be the most common sizes/thicknesses for the intake and exhaust in your own experiences. I know what I have commonly needed, I would just appreciate your input, so I can cover all the bases for future needs.
