Could it possibly be worse than the Triumph clutch alignment tool?

All I do reassemble and constantly check for the throwout to stay loose as I wind the fasteners in. Am I missing something here, Ah doan need no stinkin tool. Should I get one? I want to be one of the cool kids too.

I didnt use a alignment tool ether and I made one so I could tight every thing down.
Life need a little Triumph!
2008 Triumph Speedmaster, Single baffle drag pipes, lots of black powder coatin,K&N pods, AI removed, TBS needles and a procom cdi.

After two broken clutch plates, I gave the Triumph tool away and tightened everything down in 10 minutes with a ratchet wrench and a 8" aluminum pry bar. It was just that easy.
