Today's upgrades: Red LED lights for the tach & speedo and some small saddle bags. Bags are riding a tad high,but I couldn't get the cheap straps that came with them to work properly and made my own. They are not the best bags (Bilt) but I just wanted something to put my backpack,jacket & pants liners in for the commute to work. No long tours for me.
