 What are these hoses to???

 ]web page[/url] Can someone tell me what these two hoses coming out of the back of the right side crankcase are to? This is on my 13 America but is just like my brother's 09 Speedmaster. He has a small oil leak coming from the lower house around the rubber gasket.

That's funny, where you have hoses, I have wires in the exact location. one of them comes off the stator (2005)

Wade, you are correct. I just took the picture and didn't look that close. Is t h e bottom wire to the stator?

on mine the top wire comes from the stator, I thinks. it has the three wires that journey to the voltage regulator*.
*this thing can open up a great chat

The other is for the pick up coil.

Maybe it's a late model thing, but it does look like hoses. Maybe the factory housed the wires in hoses or an owner did.
