Here's a pic of my new Scout. Fun little bike for around town and commuting to work... Photobucket

Wasn't sure if Red or Black was faster, so I got a Red & Black one...

Nice looking bike, I like the size. Between the new Bonnies,Ducati Scrambler, Victory Octane and the Scout it's a great time to buy a bike.

The military paint is kinda cool. And those bags look like they could fit quite a bit of stuff.

Yeah, but it needs a leather scabbard with a tommy gun in it hangin' off the front forks as the finishing touch!

(...nice lookin' bike there, ArGee!...I've test ridden those babies, and they're very nice machines!)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Thanks for the Pic Dwight, I was actually looking for a picture of the scabbard/holster on the front fork. Have an acquaintance who does leather work, going to see what he thinks about making one. The paint on mine isn't factory, the Indian dealer in Racine WI orders about half of their bikes without paint from the factory and then has a custom painter do various paint schemes.

I suppose ANY kind of gun looking thing hanging off you bike is gonna draw the attention of LEOs. For a while, I thought about fabbing up a faux machine gun for the sidecar on my Russian military bike, but then thought better of it.

Funny, I can't count the number of times I've been in rush hour & wished for a front mounted 20mm cannon on my Subaru!
