Great actor. One of my favorite roles was when he was the general's aide/War games umpire in "The Dirty Dozen."

He played many good roles but Dirty Dozen and Cool Hand Luke have to be his best.He was in quite a few things I had forgotten about, I looked his Wiki page up.

Interesting thing about him was that he got into films being a military advisor on films when he was an Army Captain.
