I have read that the Fonz (Winkler) was absolutely terrified of actually riding any motorcycle whatsoever and was hand pushed and merely coasting during rolling film shots on Happy Days. (edit) I see now, that is admittedly so on the ebay listing, I should have perused first before posting.

100k is a little steep for a beat up 500cc Triumph, I don't care who rode it or built it. You could get a decent house in Tulsa for that. Maybe Fonz could do a reverse mortgage for someone so they could buy it.

I've never understood the celebrity owned price bump.

Or things like the morbid curiosity that surrounded objects like Jayne Mansfield's death car. Though the weirdo that operated this museum was a fine example...

It doesn't do a thing for me, maybe $1,000 tops.

Did you see the title statement. Apparently it previously sold for over $87,000 or is my eye site going bad?

$1,000 is a bit low INO. Bikes like that in good shape were going around $10,000 to $13,000. T^hat being said an example like this , if running, should bring around $5,000. It is still a pre-unit and can easily be put right. In my mind however, it's worth about $500 like I paid for most of mine, more or less.
