Viking has a good selection. Some local flea markets have leather vendors. Deals can be found either new or used - just be careful of quality. Cheap doesn't hold up in the rain.

In 2002 I bought a set of Willie & Max throw overs , they are a leather looking material ( I mean you can't tell the diff ) and they still look relatively new . The thing is , is that I have never had to condition them or really have never done anything at all to them unlike what you would have to do with leather . I highly recommend them to anyone and you can usually find them at local bike shops or their web site. I know if your like me I am Leary about buying things I can't touch , feel or smell up close but I wouldn't hesitate to buy these on line knowing what I know. They have held up way better then I ever expected because the price I paid for them I figured I would probably need a new set in a few yrs but nope still got them and like I said, still looking good and no maintanence!! Hope this helps?
ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!

Fast Eddy has a bunch of throw-overs including Willie and Max and Saddleman. I had Willie and Max bags with handles hooked up to easy brackets on my 2002 BA. It was a great setup and you could just unhook and carry them in the motel. Now I have $700 Triumph bags on my Commander I got to with a free voucher but I have to put trash bags in them and carry those in. Not convenient. https://www.fasteddysports.com/products-page/?category=8

The Triumph saddlebag liners look like they are made of aluminum foil for $95. Something like this might work if I could get the size right. http://www.calibex.com/Hopnel-Saddlebag-Liners/shop-html

I have a set of River Road liners that fit my Tsukayu Strong hardbags pretty well. Even a set of inexpensive soft tote bags of the proper size could work as decent liners.

2 cents Saddleman used to make a great bag. Real buckles and such. Now with those quick connect buckles they SUCK. When overstuffed, you cannot get those useless buckles joined. Unlike the real buckles that have the pulley effect going for them. Jeez. Every time I look at those newer model bags I see one of the ripped off buckle mounting straps, the flopped in outer wall and alas, all the States those bags have traveled through. (Which is the only reason they remain with me). The bags overall are vastly inferior to their circa 2006 counterparts. Seriously, when throwing a leg over the bike that has the real buckle bags, a huge smile becomes the centerpiece of my countenance, (and a big WHEW!).

I have a really good set of Auburn bags on EZ Brackets, love the bags and set up. When traveling I pop them off and carry them in the room or tent. The bags were expensive, $600 I think but I paid far less from a friend that bought them and didn't like the shape on his bike. They were never used before me. I would never go any other way again after having EZ Brackets. Be careful buying bags too, some are made from vastly inferior leather.
