Why then, chaps, let's all go out and buy Sunbeam S7's. Seriously, anyone tried riding on these? Goodbye Cruel World, methinks. Al

Sorry JD,it's just "not my cup of tea old chap":couch Side covers stolen from my old TX 650 Yamaha.I always wondered what happened to them Great exhaust for burning your leg on. Looks like re-set pegs/controls. The driving light is good.Upside down forks?Ok Maybe, they're supposed to work better. Ah well, each to their own. One of the Sunbeams models was supposedly very break-down prone it wasn't the S7 was it? They are lovely looking, though I'd still prefer the old 1955 T110 I had. https://youtu.be/BRdfvoTK4nM S7

Yes, it was the S7 which was problematic.....the worst was that the shaft drive to the rear wheel was by a worm gear made from ( I think) a bronze alloy which wore rapidly......but there were other problems too...including poor performance ...shame, as it was intended to be a British BMW ......a gentleman's conveyance( more like ' convenience') in UK parlance. I chopped one once ( sorry) Al

I like it just would rather have the same size tires but street tires and I would be good to ride that sucker.

Yep,I chopped my T110.I should be horsewhipped. I still have nightmares that one day I'll meet the Triumph god and face retribution.Cool in the day,but destruction of a classic.Of course who'd have realised Triumphs would be classics back in those days? Only folks who thought they'd live past thirty I suppose
