Has anyone had to change out the seal where the clutch shaft goes through the primary cover? If so, did you have to remove the cover to replace it or where you able to remove the seal and slide the new one in there?

Dave, I believe you'll find you have to pull the cover for the clutch seal, but not the shift actuator seal. The seal would have to be a two piece segmented, which it is not, to get around pulling the cover. As long as your gasket isn't glued on, the new seal should be all you need. If you can rig/hang your bike over hard to the right, you will only lose about a cup of oil in the process too.

Yeah, the shift actuator seal is underneath the cover so it's not an issue. I was hoping it would be an easy fix, my oil is new and my gasket was glued on when I changed my clutch plates because it leaked without RTV. I guess it can just weep for a while until my next oil change
