Spacecraft made closest pass to the planet today. It looks red not gray as expected. I love this kind of stuff, took 9 years to get there. I am excited to see pictures.I wonder if it will be made a planet again, to me it still is we have always had 9 planets and as far as I am concerned we still do.

I think it's rather strange that all the news programs I've watched are saying things such as, "America has now sent probes to all 9 of the planets", and YET as we know, supposedly Pluto has been reassigned to some sort of "sub-planet" category status and that there are now supposedly only 8 planets in our solar system. (...so tell me here Larry...seein' as how I seldom watch Fox News, YOU know, a news channel supposedly unlike all those "Lamestream Media" outlets, how have THEY been presenting this bit of interplanetary travel news, HUH???)
